Booking terms & conditions: 

​Deposit

I ask for a £100.00 deposit to hold your dates with the balance payable eight weeks before your residency is due to start.

Cancellation by you:​

If you cancel your residency up to eight weeks of your stay, your deposit will be refunded and the residency will be cancelled, otherwise your deposit will become non refundable.

If you cancel less than eight weeks from the start of the visit or don’t inform me that you can’t attend I will only be unable to return fifty per cent of your payment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances I will do whatever I can to assist & try to ensure the best outcome for all.
 

On location:

Participants are fully responsible for the their own safety on the trip including insurance for any equipment you bring with you.

You will be responsible for any injury or loss whilst on location or in the accommodation and studio.

 

There is an age restriction of 18 for those attending the residency.

 

It's always best to have travel insurance.

 

The rights to any recordings made by you during the residency will remain yours but I would like to share images and edits of recordings with your permission.​​​
